create schools, housing and entire training camps specifically designed to train soldiers and police, candidate children will be taken from their families (who will be heavily compensated) at a very young age and will be trained to be expert fighters in all feilds and also to be unfailingly loyal to my nations government, seeing them as ther family, then at the age of 12 their future career will be selected and they will be trained for it until the age of 18. -
superbantom 20th Feb 2021try to massivly increase agricultural production. create mechanical ploughs and other farming devices. begin to heavily selectively breed crops for higher yeilds. in my capital begin to create underground buildings such as houses or even refinaries to save space, make sure these are heavily ventilated. create and hollow out passages for a large underground train network in my capital. create basic printing presses using ink and parchment to write.

superbantom 20th Feb 2021research ways of making steam engines more compact and efficient. research steam powered trains and railways and begin to build them along the edge of my territory to further expansion efforts. create large concrete towers of easy to build flats to accomidate large amounts of workers, make these as large as possible to save space. continue to push into the ancient city, set up temporty bases and settlements in some of the buildings and send a team of expert archeologists to search for artifacts.

Make serving the Emperor the highest honor anyone could have, that being working in any state owned business or institution, including the military. Make military training more intense, the Emperor has no use of weak soldiers.

Umm 20th Feb 2021Start working on building heavy machinery, mainly steam powered heavy tractors. Begin incorporating all businesses into the state. Start working on internal combustion engines, and search for any traces, even the smallest, of sulfur in our nearby lands. Build massive cities with the main goal of producing anything the military could need, and have them and all other cities be put under heavy surveilance and strict rules and quotas. Start standardising as many things as we could.

Umm 20th Feb 2021Start making preperations for the first Great Crusade. The objective being that of neutralising any nearby hostile forces. The first step is agressive expansion along the coasts and preperations for Operation Landfall. Continue with the efforts to quarantine the plague and treat people who are affected. Start ramping up the industrialization, and start major infrastructure improvements, mainly focusing on building train lines and trains.

Umm 20th Feb 2021If the plague is smallpox like then it should be easy to vaccinate against if we have any animals who have been affected by a strain of it aswell. If we do, vaccinate a small amount of people, see what happens, if it works then vaccinate the army and prepare it to be used on a large scale, we could store it either ethically or via a live human who's infected by it, then all we need to do is tip arrows and/or swords in the virus or infect the enemies food supplies and we'd have "ethical' weapon.

Also keep on training soldiers and navymen to accompany colonists and mappers to start expeditions to the neighbouring continent on to the east..Start over with a better systematic police patrolling. Install walls and increase military activity on the western part of the nation.
