  Build another 20 new steam powered ships, and continue to improve our ships. Begin working on the compass. Have every ship equipped with a map of our nation's territory for easy navigation. Set up a coast guard to both patrol the waters and conduct search and rescue operations. Build a seperate naval academy for these sailors. Begin working on the locomotive, and begin establishing a rail network between my cities with the central hub in the capital.

  Expand our hospitals and build smaller clinics in rural communities. Improve our equipment and treatments for illnesses. Build a disease study centre outside the capital and have defenses built around it. Increase public awareness of maintaining sanitary lifestyles, and build public baths so people can easily bathe themselves.

  train 1000 soldiers and arm them with iron or steel plate armour, send them protecting a team of 2000 colonists to settle the large ruins at X261 Y207. send my 50 colonisation ships to X134 Y235. begin to research the steam engine, begin to use hard wooden supports in mines.build more hospitals and improve on their equipment, look into refining herbal medicines into more potent forms. begin to use a parchment and ink writing system and create "pens" out of the hollow cores of feathers.

  Start prepairing ships with soldiers ,sailors and colonists to colonize neighbouring continents towards the east..Start mining for more minerals across the nation and process and research upon them to build strong and durable alloys which are to used for building better armores ,ships , steam engines, weapons ,railway tracks, and factories.

  Create a building code to ensure this, and make sure every building is equipped with at least one secondary exit to use in case of fire. Modernize our firefighting equipment, and begin work on a steam powered fire engine, as well as cars for the police service and general population. Have the trucks equipped with bells so that firemen can warn people of an emergency so they can make way. Create a fire and police academy to train these civil servants.

  Open banks in cities. Have a gold reserve built underground in the capital to house the nation's riches. If not already done, create a currency. Expand the pit mines and build new ones. Expand the industrial areas of cities to increase job oppurtunities. Expand the health and education systems, and build museums, libraries, opera houses to entertain citizens. Modernize the building style. Modernize the building techniques, to increase building safety and strenght.

  begin rebuilding the damaged infrastructure and ships. Build several large steel mills to increase production. Begin working on automation in factories using steam powered conveyor belts/machines. Expand the dockyards. Train 1600 troops and form two groups of 1000 troops. Continue studying the horses. Continue the search for other animals throughout the territory surrounding the nation.

  send a group of scouts on sleds with wolfes and gunpowder rifles to scout out the viking area, learn their weak points and map the outer layer out, then after a few hours (after the scouts went back) send a team of builers to construct cannons and moving towers outside of sight.
