    send diplomats to and begin to initiate trade with colori, sell them semi useless and cheap to produce things such as decorated pottery or art (but actually just random lines of colour on a stone slab) along with some reasonably low quality metal exports and cheap to farm fruits not found in colori marketed as exotic goods and exported to the coloran upper class for a very high price as a crataran exotic dish.

    further expand to the east, send large lightly armed colonist parties into the eastern wilderness to establish "frontier towns" for future expansion to the east. begin to look into ways of producing ink and making parchment. expand my written and spoken language to include numbers in base 12 from 0-12 and more letters to produce a wider variety of words. further expand schools and create basic hospital where specialised tenders will give patients herbal remidies that hopefully work.

    look into ways of improving my "submarine" insted of using large glass pannels only use 5 small "portholes" 4 on the sides and one at the bottom, they should be very small and thick but should still be large enough to look out of. create the strongest glass possible for my nation and use it for these "portholes" then put another researcher in the "submarine and lower it into a preferably shallow area where the lights have been seen.

    send thousands of scouts into the wilderness in parties of 10 to search for unusual ruins, useful areas for colonisation and exposed mineral, ore deposites and useful exotic animals and plants. once upgraded send 40 of my ships north , loaded with supplies and colonists to colonise the forested coast to the north. intensify tree farming and selective breeding. use horses to pull carts and carrages for transport. build more stone roads out of straight, even large slabs of stone.
