    create a hollow metal ball with an airtight hatch at the top and large glass pannels on its sides, attach this ball to a long chain and place it on the largest cannoe my nation can create. attach the chain to a whinch system on the large cannoe powered by 10 men and lower the metal ball which will contain a researcher into the parts of the ocean where the lights are seen, lower it to the bottom of the ocean, leave it there for 3 minutes and then pull it up.

    massivly increase agricultural production and distrubute all the excess food to my population. begin using horses to pull ploughs in feilds. train 300 soldiers and split them into 3 groups of 100, each group should also contain 1000 settlers and explorers and plenty of supplies, send each of these three groups to the east to colonise new areas. create propoganda slabs encouraging exponential population growth.

    Research for better ships, clothing to explore wastelands ,weapons ,and mining methods..also set up courts to ensure human rights. Set up ration system to help the poor and the needy .Arm soldiers with better weapons and machinary and conduct military drills on daily basis. Nationalism is to be popularised along with ideas for globalization.

    Begin make mineshafts to mine coal, iron, bronze, and gold. Begin making steel mills from the coal and steel. Make taller and bigger homes and connect them to make large city blocks. Upgrade roads and improve wagons for carrying resources. Begin fishing the hell out of the Oliphants, and see if they are any good.
