  Continue improving the building technique. Begin studying the horses further. Begin building three ships and continue working on better designs. Build a naval academy so the sailors can train. Begin working on steel and build steel mills. Begin mining coal. If work on the steam engine is complete, begin work on the steam train. Create a police and fire service in all cities.

  Begin researching steam boats and also begin researching crossbow. Train up 100 troops and make a gally at our port. Start expanding our capital by centralizing it's resources and people. Continue expanding south into the cold forests, try to make a settlement there anc ut down the wood to make homes. Hunt deer for meat and import fish from the capital, giving furs and deer meat as a trade.

  open a huge mineshaft away from the capital and near the wasteland (still in snowlands but better materials i think), start transferring resources such as iron,gold,silver,bronze make bronze coins the main currency

  Begin building massive housing blocks in every city, the goal of them is to house as many people as possible, and for each one to have a miniature church in it to facilitate the appreachiation of the Emperor. Further incentivise population growth by saying it's the Emperor's will, and by giving larger families free housing.

  use those big and strong animals for military purposes, start creating a 150 men army, give them: longswords,spears,and flame bows, create a farm in the the forest for making food (breeding and killing mammoths)

  Continue with the burning of the jungles, and also start deforestation of the local areas to start digging out massive mineshafts underground, the logistical supply bases then being on top of them, which shall tranport the ore out and supplies in. Safety is not a concern, as usual. Continue with the indoctrination. Begin building the first cathedral in the capital, made out of the best materials we can get. Continue expansion efforts.

  start transporting animals from the forest to the capital, tame and breed them, use a small portion of them for circuses

  Continue training more batches of soldiers 100 at a time. Set up places for worship and build more ports and docks...Increase trade relation with neighbouring kingdoms.

  Start training batch of 100 troops ,open up factories for manufacturing weapons and also for transportation.s Start expansion in all directions and build more nessecary buildings for setting up police patrolling and firefighters. Start mapping the syrrounding regions and buil more factories for processing minerals obtained from mining.
