Begin decreasing the land value somehow so that people are able to afford far larger houses so that all the houses can construct large palaces to dwell in.

    This isnt one of the lesser nationwides where you can just spontaneously start inside someones territory with no repercussions. Im sure you would be allowed to continue as your old nation if you asked MT. But please dont start inside a nation especially an active players nation.

    Toot do you not understand that some people may react negatively to you just starting in their territory? If you start there you will be near the heart of a very active nation and inside said nation. You will never be able to expand passively and you will probably die within an order turn when Umms army promptly annihilate your nations rebellion.
