I really meant like having them stored in a government (supervised by you) building in safe safes and you have to have a permit with extensive background checks and then you can only buy government approved flintlocks. And you have to have a permission document for each time you want to use them. Of course you said no so ok but thats what I meant.

Although hunting may not be a thing anymore after this. Continue mining coal and increase the output to be at maximum output to create heating for people. Also actually turn the dead into nutrient paste instead.

Continue developing sound based ore finding tech. Advise all people to layer as much clothing as possible. Create fire pits in the capital for people to warm up in. Also since crops will be dead cook the dead bodies and distribute them through the capital. Uh maybe not depends on if its ethical and if Umm is ok with it. Continue developing vehicle technology and halt all military weapons and equipment production. Certain firearms for hunting and sporting will be permitted if Umm allows it.
