You can make NOBL by nuclear fusion, wich can use hydrogen. fusion occurs from 3600~ - 9725 C and max pressure is a good idea, cremic under max pressure melts around 4800-5500 C under max pressure. don't remember the exact values but those ranges give you a general idea. also, GLOW will be your firend along with water.
