Idk what's happening here... The warp should disappear after a few seconds but on this thing it keeps going on... I don't know anything smart or some sh8t... But this reaction seems Infinite.

it has to do with URAN + PRESSURE and hydrogen or nble, or even co2, this actually exists since quite a long time in powder, I think since they've updated it back in 2013 (dunno exactly). Try simply putting URAN + HYDROGEN in a closed wall and throw AIR on it until it reaches max pressure (actually 190 is enough), the same phenomena happens but it has an end, I think in your case it's infinite because you have BREL on it like @Mimadmax explained. -

@Drunken_Droid I think the neutron bomb starts adding pressure to the vibranium and the Bluetonium produces Neutrons and those explosions combined create an infite reaction. -
