    1-upgrade the curent AA guns for better range/damage/speed.2-make a huge amount of AA guns.3-make the fastest/most accurate(with radar sustems)/best aircrafts to hunt down t00tt33t`s fleets.4-craete the first thermal scope.5-replace the old planes on the carrienrs with new ones.

    well just make the bombers cruise at an altitude of 20 kilometers bc your probably talking about the m1 stratosphere gun and if you were to increase range the bombers would be above natural cloud formations so it would be impossible to use automatic cameras or people
