the reason for the dots on the mutated life is due to the ruleset being different due to it being a custom GOL type

@LBPHacker not all the mutations are colours though, note the one on the right produces dots - mutated from stock LOTE

This is a bug in the new GOL simulation code that will be fixed in 96.1, which is due sometime this weekend. Also fixed in snapshot 220. The fix only applies to the rulesets though, not the colours. SOAP strips dcolour from GOL the same way it does from everything else.
or you can just erase the color with the deco tools
Put some SEED in the right box and, when it eats all GOL, add some PLSM and press 3 for better perfomance. You would not regret.
