  also that is not training, training is blue, that is missing. a public medical system is being set up, but it is quite simple, with small clinic with herbal treatments for minor illnesses being set up in most towns and cities. private clinics with better equipment are being set up in large cities. hospitals for highly infectious diseases are being built far away from cities, but they tend to have poor sanitation and patient welfare.
