    the leaves of some small desert bushes have been found to have antiseptic properties, these bushes are being domesticated and bred to broduce a more potent antiseptic. a basic system of justice has been created, with a fair judgement beging a key part of it. your rangers are being trained and also being given equipment to survive the desert heat and find food and water in the desert. i do not think there is anyone to bountyhunt in the desert yet.

    panzerkampfwagen a simple road system made from compacted sand between settlemants. you have discovered that metals can be smelted, you have acces to small amounts of tin, alot of copper in rock outcropings and some iron. tin and copper are being smealted and forged into simple tools.

    Create a strictly enforced and extensive system of laws. The fine for breaking even the most minor of crimes are to be massive. Those unable to pay have all belongings taken and are placed in indentured servitude until someone thinks theyve paid off their debt (forever).
