Yes, we are a planetwide superpower, and are roughly type 1.37 on the Kardashev scale and can take a 'nanoscope' to zoom into an atom. The U.S.A. is not much compared to the Bovine Union. (flag's a little less round now on the usa-facing side)

    pinecone: 999 terratons is not only absurd and unlaunchable with anything, and would get shot to pieces, and don't forgot our total Penlian control, it would be over 11000000000KM in diameter assuming the charge is Plutonium, which woulkd cause it to collapse into a star or black hole
