			Majoring in nuclear mechanical engineering, and our teacher also mentioned another great one: Man removing control rod has to insert it a bit first, causes prompt criticality, and literally gets pinned to the ceiling, with only 1 of the 3 workers NOT immediately dying due to the superheated gas and metal being sprayed, instead dying shortly after responders arrived.
