    With an empire already this large we decide to send out expeditions through boats, traveling through the coasts of the continent we live in and looking for new information to bring back to ourselves. Apart from that we continue to develop our sprawling metropolises architecturally, socioculturally and industrially for increased stability and economy.

    The somewhat isolationist Mandate of Arazensa has been focusing a lot on itself and its alliance with the Dolphin Kingdom, but is still mostly unaware of the presence and size of other empires. If they want to stabilish relations they'll have to reach out themselves.

    Send the researchers to explore the other nations on that island in search of materials that my nation and the lorca league doesn't have, and ask the Lorca League if they would like to follow my new policy, the policy is that they own my all of my materials aswell as theirs but i also own their materials and mine, but they still own their land and I still own mine
