    R4WLYX: The Lorca League has technology at your level, significant deposits of coal, iron and nitrates, and a military smaller than yours but just as competent. The barbarians have been vanquished a few turns ago. Teeth cannot be used as parts of swords, but they can be incorporated into maces and bludgeons. Rubber is being used to make bouncy balls, and cannot yet be made into molds: this requires vulcanization with sulfur.
