    I would like to send 50 unarmed soldiers to talk with the sand tribe, then create an area for trade in the desert on the sand tribe's land (if they allow it of course) ask the Ologite Kingdom to not join an organization (the H.I.P.P.O.) as a passive member (not in an alliance) but we will still help them with military support and resources
