  A final small detail: Large carriages and trade convoys on land and sea are escorted by small military detachments, and our conventional trade routes are also patrolled by the military.

  More food means more children can be had, and more industry means they will live more comfortably and have more chances of becoming useful citizens themselves. The Mandate encourages population growth and ensures that the cities remain clean, orderly, and expand accordingly as to not become overcrowded slums but sprawling megapolises, each with a specific trade or industry tied tightly to it.

  To explain more thoroughly about what I meant when I said "build my nation tall," I mean that I want to make the most out of the land I already have instead of continuing greedily expansion. Instead, I'll use those resources that would have otherwise been wasted to grow and develop cities and ports I already own, manage my economy carefully to create more farms and boost the industry.

  The heads of the Mandate have also drawn borders for specific regions for easier management and more stability, as each of them is responsible for producing various important materials for the empire. Mining/harvesting operations of every mineral my land lays upon begins, to extract coal, rubber, nitrates and maybe even some silver. Coal makes smelting much easier. Rubber, nitrates, and silver are researched for unique properties and uses.

  Cease expansion for now and focus on building my nation tall, not wide. Horses have become a very important part of the empire and every city should have at least one stable from how profitable it is to breed and sell them, with demands for them skyrocketing. This should help their population grow so our nation can catch up to other empires who have already mastered the horse. More roads will be drawn and cleared for them.

  We now expand above the mountains with multiple expaditions. We start building large areas with alot of buildings, with a sewege system to fit that. Train 500 soldiers and send an expadition into the north seas in search of our own lands.
