  Infastructure: begin building a special super-microscope at the largest academy (cells?), institue a regulated banking and loan system, continue work on ensuring everyone gets a higher education, give buildings running water with raised resivoirs and copper/clay pipes

  Reaserch: make better climbing equipment with pulleys, anchors, and cams, begin work on an Aeolipile, look for creatures for silk, build fatster chariots and carts with copper grease and ball bearings, distill actually good liquor instead of just lamp fuel, begin expiriments with static electricity (glass and amber rods) and better ways of preserving food (pemmican/salting...) ,Man-sized observation kites?

  General: Mine iron, prepare an expedidition to the grassland caves (with orders not to poke any creatures larger than a house), look for a grassland creature for mounts, preferably not just horses, send a trade and diplomacy caravan to the GoldenBoz (if i do not know they are there, increase scouting) continue looking for new plants in the grasslands for reclaming the wastes, expand the explorers guild

  Disaster response:Continue setting up field hospitals to heal the sick and iniured and have the recovered haul more herbs and alcohol from the farms/distilleries to the hospitals to speed up stuff, also relax the alchohol ban and just have every citizen have a weekly limit
