  start creating jobs for people with skill in craft. they shall make flint knifes and spears for hunting land animals. every 5 years we host a tournamet where 50 men compete to kill the largest animal and bring it to the tribe, invite other nations to this tournament aswell, they have 5 weeks to do this. send a expadition fo 50 people every 5 five years to other locations.

  adopt a system where a woman MUST have 5 children and 2 of the strongest children every woman has will be sent to a special land where they will go through vigorous training until they become a warrior. the 3 remaining children can either become farmers, explorers or "Mekhan's" (Mekhan is the term we use for finder, so they look for ways to make new stuff)

  Hunter will hunt for food with the rope weapons. Fishers will fish with wooden spears. Lumberers will cut down smaller trees and scrape the skin off of bigger trees. Gatherers will gather berries, leaves, sticks, and pebbles, the leaves and sticks will be used for making small huts near the shore down south. Craftsmen will sharpen stones/pebbles for tools, make the tools, and will also make the small huts

  I would like to make a daily event, every night until their sleep time everyone will gather at the bonfire and celebrate their achivements. Now for research i want to know wich stone type is the best by making the tools from different rock types for five days see wich stone type is stronger. Also divide the population by 5 main groups, Hunters, Fishers, Lumberers, Gatherers, and Craftsmen.

  Now i would like to get more wood and tree skin, the skin will be used for making ropes, also make some more stone tools by gathering small pebles and sharpening them by hitting them at a big rock, with the ropes and sharp rocks tie the ropes around the rocks to make a sort of long range weapon for hunting, also use the sharp rocks for chopping more trees for wood (if the big ones are to strong cut down the smaller ones), also fish some more.
