    Education: Make it so that each town legally has to have at least one learning building. If not possible to make a building, a designated area for learning may be used instead. Regular inspections by the military police force to ensure there are no towns slacking will be done.

    Controlled burns can be used as well to burn away flammable materials that lie in between the fires and the nation's assets.

    Dig firebreaks to prevent too much spread of fires, send soldiers to dig them if possible. everyone is to help rebuild and dig the firebreaks. Dig them around cities, farms, and other such important infrastructure.

    Send excess population to colonize the grasslands, begin work on signal towers (clacks/semaphore if possible), build larger iron mines, and expand the military training to an additional week/few days per year, but areas may have them at different times, build regional schools, and universities at major population points and obsevatories, build small, portable telescopes for scouts, build more catapults and ballistae, mostly portable and of mixed types

    Iron: continue work on smelting ore (bloomery+blast), use the meteoric iron for samurai-style damascus swords and tempered full plate, begin making small amounts of steel, build trip-hammers for making wrought

    Stuff: breed plants for spongy filters and fire-retardent sap, toxic puffball fungi, fungi that increase wound healing, domesticate bees for honey and pollination, (after disaster) tame axe-beaks as mounts ,breeding from egg if necessary, air-tight leather vessles and make man-sized kites, if you missed it, if voided, do not respond

    General/Disaster: clear the roads, but renforce the sides this time, use eagles to communicate with/start teams working form the other ends, same procedure as making them, send somone to look for that old caravan from the grasslands, institue more specific and targeted taxes on top, but leave the base rate the same
