  Watboi1|Boats(2):a network of canals is being dug across the nation, enabling rapid(comparatively) transport of goods on flat bottomed barges. despite this network's usefulness construction is slow due to the still ongoing repair efforts (especially in the wrecked capital) and any infrastructure development is currently greatly slowed until the economy can be fully reastablished.

  Watboi1|Boats: The nation's boat technology until recently was primative. with most boats being little more then small cannoes used for fishing on the nations large lakes. the discovery of the ocean and the riches found within it has lead to a revolution in boat technology. boats are now large sail powered vehicles (still with only one deck) up to 12 meters long. primarily used for fishing.

  Watboi1|Coastal development: A rapid coastal expansion effort has bagan, many towns and even cities have been established to explot the rich and mysterios waters surrounding Dirangar. most towns and cities economies are focused on fishing, exporting salted fish across the nation. propoganda encourages emmigration to the coasts as an escape from the disaster wrecked inland and an area to start a new life next to the endless waters.
