  General/National: establish an outpost at the end of the grassland road to protect it, and build a colony there, increase guards along the first waste road and begin colonizing the third valley, increase agriculture in the second and focus on science in the third, send numerous expeditions into the grasslands to chart, explore, and document the area, resources, and wildlife

  Military: Train our first set of 1000 soldiers, and situate them near the border of the south tribe. Build 3 bases and field hospitals near the troops where we can heal and research medical practices which would be useful.

  Police: Make Basic Jugary systems where two Parties are put up against each other to settle a crime, where Bias Village Elder has to choose whos in the wrong. Make large Fenced, and protected areas where people who have been convicted of serious crimes like; Murder, Assault are kept for life.

  Education: Build larger schools, and build at least 10 schools in each county. Introduce division, and multiplication, teach the younglings this at eight years old and slowly teach them more complex problems the older they get, do this for every other pre-existing subjects too.

  General: Expand more to the coast and search for good fishing grounds, research Wedge shaped boats (top to bottom) for better mobility and speed which will help with fishing also. Take back the Plagued Lands, but there will be precautions, with all explorers washing their hands and any found items with water and Sponges made of Terasaga fur. Build 50 guard towers 2 kilometers from the neighboring tribe all must be spaced 50 kilometers from each other.

  MrPineapple|Military: your efforts have lead to the almost complete extermination of the swarms. pesticidal herbs are being dried, powdered and stored incase of resurgences in swarm activity. the swarms do not seem native to the local enviroment and must have been travelers from a distant land.
