  Watboi1|Social I: hard work and loyaly is being encouraged in the population, with workers being expecting to "beyond in service of their masters". "workhouses" are proving to be exceptionally useful at providing a cheap labour force and riding the streets of the destitute. the "laws of administration" have been established although it has taken a great effort to implement them throughout the nation.

"prison mines", where prisoners work for little to no food under the constant far of death hauling minerals from the earth, are both a great boost to the economy and are an excellent deterant. the "grand govermental building" will take many decades to complete due to it's sheer scale.

  Watboi1|Construction III: all new infrastructure is being constructed to a standard design, with variations allowewd to make the buildings aewsthetically pleasing. settlements are being placed in alignment with economic resources or vital trade routes. new settlements have been constructed along trade roads, specilised in commerce.
