  Military service will force females onto the support roles and the males onto the combat roles. Those who complete military service will be granted free basic education. Once that has been passed apprentices will open. Craftsmen will then be able to choose and apprentice.

  Social: Establish entertainment districts in my major cities, here various activities such as dancing, art and music shall all be common place. Here the more artistically inclined craftsmen can work making sculptures and instruments. Develop paints from plants and rocks for use in these places. Develop brushes made from appropriate animal hairs. Create an apprentice system and basic education system.

  Military: Begin required military service for my nation, all able bodies men are to be given one year of required military service. During this time they will be looked after and trained by the state during this time. They will do basic training in the mountains around my capital before being moved around the full length of the empire.

  Improve our metallurgy practices by expanding the tools we can use. Try and make tongs and forge aprons to aid this. Create large craftsmen enclaves in all our cities, these will be dedicated workplaces wherein smithing and other metallurgical practices shall be performed and regulated by the state to ensure counterfeit/low quality goods producers are penalized appropriately. Set up material supply chains to these enclaves to ensure steady production.

  Industry: Look for coal deposits. Use these to develop even hotter fires. Create Pumps to deliver oxygen to the forge fire. These are to be used so as to try and forge items more effectively and from materials we would have been unable to use or extract before. Begin heating rocks to make them more brittle and easier to mine. Begin using carts in the mines. Train dedicated mine support teams. Create a communication system to be used in the mines for rapid coordination.
