the lake people have been marked in a slighly darker shade of blue compared to your nation. -
superbantom 16th Mar 2022Loiosh42|the people of the new lake: the origional caravan managed to settle in this region but their descendants have a significantly lower population then the origional caravan. these people have managed to build a few settlements and have a population of around 2000 but have reverted to a precopperage society. their reintegration with the nation is heavily anticipated, as it seems to have been given an almost magical status as their wonderous origional home.

superbantom 16th Mar 2022Loiosh42|expedition: the expedition has returned. it has been discovered that the caravan did discover habitable land, a great lake surrounded by grassland. unfortinately this grassland is less hospitable then the nation's own but is still rich in flora and fauna.

superbantom 16th Mar 2022Loiosh42|General: larger and wealthier houses are being fitted with simple copper plumbing. rain is exceptionally rare across the wastes, and almost all of the water in wastes comes from frequent springs, rain catchers are being built along the road to collect the occasional rain. people are being encouraged to start a new life along the road. another caravan (smaller then the previous) is prepairing to head south.

superbantom 16th Mar 2022Loiosh42: alchemy is beginning to become actual experimentation with chemicals and animal products. better made charriots an carts have been created. concrete like material made from a cement and sand has been created, but it is prone to crumbling and cracking.

superbantom 16th Mar 2022Loiosh42|Materials/Forging: aerated furnaces with leather bellows have been made. molds are being mass produced. large amounts of molten glass is being experimented with, being forged into a variety of shapes. another glass event of note is that almost clear glass has been created, useful for jewellery and free most cloudyness and grit.

superbantom 16th Mar 2022Loiosh42|Agricultue: larger and more productive crops are being selected for. hardy but edable suculents are being cultivated, they can survive near and even in the wastes but grow slowly and are not very nutritious. edable varieties of lake reed are being culivated in trellises. these reeds are edable but need to be cooked to make them palitable. some smaller fish are being farmed in tended ponds. beast of burden micrasaurs are being bred for greater strength and speed.
