    it will probabally take 1-2 pixels of wealth or resources, one group is going to go on like the first caravan, the other is composed of workers, which will have teams split off to build waysations, pay is quite low to start, but increases with distance, if neccesary, there will be ressuply caravans to feed the workers

    mostly just chosing the best path and building/marking regular waystations, but with small wood bridges or renforcments if necsseary, and small villages by significat resources, the goal is to have a planned route that is travled semi-regularly and will be improved over time, minimal effort this time around, workers get decent pay, and are encouraged to prepare trade goods and settle along it, this may be a multiple order project, but i would like to finish it

    Loiosh42: give more information about the "Road building crew" as it will take a huge amount of resources and manpower to create and maintain such a large road through such a harsh environment,.

    General: prepare a group to go after the caravan with rock eagle messengers, cartographers, and a road building crew behind, expand the post system and continue breeding the rock eagles, make a separate breed of hicrasaur devoted to pulling chariots and carts(larger, faster, less mass but stronger and smarter) continue this project untill it is sucessful

    Military: reaserch catapults, continue training and elitifying the explorers guild, increase the quality and diversity of traning, make all troops undergo both heavy formation work (roman turtles) and gurilla warfare, all troops must be at least average with the bow, halbard, and sword, any troops who show particular excellence are to be elitified in that area
