Extra Stuff: start work on better aquatic farming with miniature ecosystems of fish, plants, and molluscs, build defenses in that fourth valley as it is colonized, work on better fortification techniques and traps(covered spike pits, bomb+tripwire, snares, spring-loaded axes...) and build better windmills to make finer flour, mine flint for firestarters
Infastructure: start work on upgrading mail outposts with semaphore and morse code lamps(clacks precoursors) after the economy and resources have mostly recoverd from the other larger projects, begin working on more advanced masonry techniques (high arches, flying buttreses, domes, and the importance of statues)
General: try to tame vrigoos, breeding them as fast, intelligent mounts, breed the draft hicrasaurs for even more strength, begin making larger flying paper lanterns, encourage newspapers and journalists, but not too much
Military: begin making crossbows with tempered steel arms and converting weapon and armor design to take advanteg of the new metal, give telescopes to every officer commanding significant numbers of troops, and as many scouts as possible, make armor for the draft hicrasaurs
Reaserch: continue projects, begin work on making damascus steel, begin making water-powerd trip hammers for the iron, collect tree resin and distill it for use as a solvent and fuel additive, begin work on simple clocks

Canada_Ball: Expansion to the west (or anywhere past the nation's small patch of stable land) is extremely slow. the surrounding swamplands are near impossible to move through or build on, while also being full of dangerous, predetory or highly territorial megafauna. the military assistance in expansion efforts is providing some protection but in general expansion past the "island" is near impossible with current tech.
