    Rubidianlabs: the explorers sent into the far south have returned. few useful sites were discovered but far more interestingly great clusters of lights were sighted on the horizon. while the explorers never approached them they were clear evedence of large towns and cities of a great civilisation previously unknown.

    Health care services are being expanded. book covering a variety of topics are being produced, but are rarely read or made, as only a small portion of the population are literate. larger family sizes are being encouraged by the government. slightly refined agricultural methods and moderately waterproofed irrigation ditches have been created.

    build windbreaks and plant trees around farms and the valley to help against the sand-storms, continue work on expanding and protecting arable land, all rock-eagle guano goes to struggling farming areas

    improve the distilleries, improve windmills, refine harnesses carts, and plows, build bonfire-type signal towers around the border, expand the military and add a specialy trained group of explorers, institue guilds, build copper plumbing for everywhere
