Loiosh42: lack of wood is beginning to become a problem, many of the once great forests that surrounded the lakeshore have been felled, only a few small remnants remain. all forests could dissapear from the lake if nothing is done, taking the wood with them. which would be a huge problem for the nation.

the manditory education system is being improved, with shools being constructed and experts being used to teach the young. mine lifts dont exist. streams are being diverted to pass by forges. some edable and poisonous fungi are being cultivated. troop training is being further refined.

note on "lenses": you class making methods still cannot produce clear glass, although they are advanced enough to make glass that is only cloudy. your glass cutting methods are far more primative, only able to make simple beads, and not finely cut lenses.
