Rubidianlabs|Other: Metioric iron, either traded from athel loren or refined in the nation, is being steadily replaicing copper for use in tools and weaponwry. although it's rarity and cost limits it's use. -
superbantom 7th Apr 2022Rubidianlabs| a new push for expansion east, past the cliff wall, has begun. new rich deposites of ores are being searched for. The "great road", a highway streaching across the nation, is slowly under construction and will take some time to complete. larger family sizes are being encouraged although this is unrewared or enforced so has little impact on population growth.

superbantom 7th Apr 2022Loiosh42|Other Stuff: smaller settlements on the grasslands are becoming partially nomadic, herding and farming hicrasaurs across the known grasslands and occasionally gathering at specified locations to resupply and trade. flying paper lanters are being used during avrious festivals. grassland tree plantations allow for a sustainable supply of wood.

superbantom 7th Apr 2022Loiosh42|Military: supplies of explosives are being stockpiled. troops are being readdied for possible attack from the western people(s)? many troops are recieving elite equipment and training. although this has taxed the economy somewhat. standard training for defensive warfare in the wastes and effective combat in both the wastes and grasslands is required.

superbantom 7th Apr 2022Loiosh42|Infastructure: a system of banks and loans has been established, and is highly regulated by the governemnt. a large effort is ongoing to ensure that a higher proportion of the population is educated, with many more schools and academies being constructed. this burst of large scale construction has depleted resources. many larger buildings are getting running water. and public water taps are now available on most street centres.

superbantom 7th Apr 2022Loiosh42|super-microscope: a huge magnifying device is under construction whithin the largest academy of the nation. as tall as two man and with a huge array of lenses is should be able to see smaller things then ever seen before. due to the sheer sizes, multitude and precision required in the lenses it will take decades to complete (so will be done in around 2-3 orders. i will update you on it's completion).

superbantom 7th Apr 2022Loiosh42|Reaserch: Advanced climbing equipment has been designed, allowing for a greater range of exploration. The Aeolipile is currently being worked on, although due to the complexity of the disign it will take until next order to obtain. faster charriot designs are being produced. drinking liquour is being distilled, and alchahol is nolonger just being used as lamp fuel. food is being salted for long term preservation. pemmican allows for longer journies without worrying about food spoiling.

superbantom 6th Apr 2022Loiosh42|General: The explorers guild, in this time of great discovery, has been greatly expanded aiding the the exploration of the strange grasslands. new forms of useful flora are being searched for in the grasslands, alreaddy many plants useful for flavouring cooking have been discovered. one species seems to strangely thrive in the wastes, stabilising the soil and greatly helping in the expansion of stable and moderately arable land.

superbantom 6th Apr 2022Loiosh42|Vrigroos: majestic Grand Vrigroos are very rarely found wandering in the northern grasslands. while no attemps at taming have yet been made they would make great beasts of burden and steeds due to the suprisingly placid nature of the famales combined with their huge sizes.
