a small tribe has been encountered by your scouts far from your borders, they are primative, lacking a centrilised governing structure and only practising basic agriculture. while they allowed your scouts to stay in their village overnight little more information could be gained about their people or culture due to the language barrier, but long tubular decorations and symbols seemed to promenantly feature in many public places for some reason.
MrPineapple: wise and intelligent individuals are being encouraged to become teachers, educating your population about the world. further refined and varied tool designs have been created. you alreaddy start wiyh advanced agriculture. better medicinal practices are being taught. a basic bartering system along with a standardised trading rules have been created. stone buildings and walls are being constructed. crops are being selected for higher yeilds.

Expand my land south. Make better hunting tools to kill animals for food . Increase my labour force and recruit 100 soldiers to patrol my lands. Learn basics of agriculture and very basic 'medicine' theories. Also start creation of basic books, the paper is leather, to educate my people. Also try to increase population and an economy for timber.
Start construction of a "Great Library" In our capital, write primitive books, these will be placed in our "Great Library" There people can read them. This will serve as an easy way to learn skills for our people, inform people of important events and document past events to be viewed in the future.
Look for ores in our territory and assemble scouting teams to explore the surrounding areas, expand in all directions, but mainly in the plains. Look for rivers to set up fishing spots, start econimic endeavors to increase wealth, create an area in our capital to improve coordination in our nation and keep track of things like construction, resources, wealth, citizen's needs, etc. Use most of our resources to invest in science, work on inventing the wheel and improving agriculture.
