This a city district in [DATA EXSPUNGED], it has it's own water well and purifer setup along with the electrolsis setup.

    but we practice restraint in diplomacy, not aiming to consume all empires within its path, it would be fun, but the collective consience of the Strike Empire prevents that from happening.

    It will merge chaos with weaponry, and warp fields are used instead of warp drives and geller fields, basically turning the STrike ship into a bullet shooting deep into the heart of the warp, nullifying everything in it's path like a super-sonic geller field.
