Ol' Slim (FILT Tool) by mad-cow
I bring you Ol' Slim! This is a development tool that lets you visually read/write FILT by drawing ARAY in the designated area. (As opposed to sprk'ing buttons) Without the mini version, it would have had 7777 tron.

@JonaHungary true, but writing FILT with PROP requires memorizing the bit offsets. And editing an existing FILT is too much work in my opinion. -
