    @Blue_Background no you're way off there. russia has bombed a lot of civilian sites, hospitals, etc. ukraine didn't, they mostly went for russian military targets. there's nothing for ukraine to warcrime all over, anyways.

    yeah, i watched a video where they showed that some of the newest Russian tanks have empty Relikt blocks. The Russians likely do not have enough Relikt to outfit all their tanks with it.
