yeah, i watched a video where they showed that some of the newest Russian tanks have empty Relikt blocks. The Russians likely do not have enough Relikt to outfit all their tanks with it.

When the war ends, someone needs to make an animation about this, and this save to be unpublished to help people cope with a stress caused by the war.

I like the new view of cities. Although hard to see with the extreme color shifting my monitor does at night. But it's good to show which ones are currently under attack / captured.
