    Ukraine is a strategic point for Russia so if the NATO forces were to attack Russia, they would have to go through Ukraine instead of the whole left border of Russia. Also the conflict started in 2014 so it's not recent. It's just that the Russian military join the small group of mercenaries. Also don't trust the news to much, it could lead false information.

    at this point i don't know who's lying, Ukraine or Russia? who started it and how? i watched the news and i heard there was some broken law from Ukraine but that doesn't explain much? also that the war is like a WAR war so it won't end peacefully?
