Putin isn't the one struggling to talk, its Biden.
he will start struggling to talk
@Sandboxvoid ask putin about that
And until the very last moment, everyone doubted the reality of such a situation. It's the same situation here. In reality, of course, there will be no mobilization. Handing out weapons to people who, to put it mildly, are not enthusiastic about the state is Putin's last shot
@jacob1 That's not exactly what I meant. I mean, in the Russian (Russian-speaking) information field, conversations about mobilization are the same as they were about the war. I remember how on the 24th somewhere at 1:40 a.m. in the telegram channels there was information about the readiness of the number 1 in the army. At 7:30 we were already in a state of war.
you can literally use powder toy to test this make a small and big nuke and compare the amount of plutonium thats not used up in the blast. that's the long term problematic radioactivity and the cause of fallout, the bigger one will release more at once but it will clear far quicker
TheCombustionChamber: It does not but ok. smaller nukes use less of the material up In the explosion spreading radioactive particles over a wide area with long half lifes. A bigger nuke will give off most of its radioactivity during the blast and so means the area clear ups far sooner.
In my opinion I think nukes shouldn't be used unless there is a massive space rock coming towards us or some kind of alien invasion or zombie apocalypse.
I have to agree with Siberian_Snake.
