    The map isn't changing due to the fact that the Russian military is currently attempting to bomb and rocket the Ukrainian people and their military into submission, judging by how uneffective it has been historically (bombings of Vietnam, Battle of Britain and more specifically the Blitz) it will most likely just be a waste of the remaining guided and unguided weapon stockpile.
