Not QSERF, It's second ever dark matter reactor built in Dark Matter Research Facility to see it's economical feasability. To start up the reactor, turn on everything except for p.vent. To shut it down, turn on p.vent then shut down all PLs and wait.

    no WAIT, add electrons into the fuel in the core for a chance of fail shutdown or success. do not mind the fuel cutoff request.
