Not QSERF, It's second ever dark matter reactor built in Dark Matter Research Facility to see it's economical feasability. To start up the reactor, turn on everything except for p.vent. To shut it down, turn on p.vent then shut down all PLs and wait.

    (i forgot to say that the reactor needs like 3 minutes to start up) so if you just leave it there without the gravitational lasers it blows up
