    You can dissolve liquids in other liquids, and in water water is dissolved in water, in fact with 100% concentration, thus, I suggest that water may indeed be wet

    All of the basic elements are not elemental: Air is made of Nitrogen, Oxygen, CO2 and many other gasses; Fire requires fuel, oxidizer, heat (above the flash point)[also, oxygen isn't a fuel like how TPT works]
