Recently, an uprising has begun, that took control of some of the Republic of Kashingtane. They ovethrew the local government and they are now attempting to get their freedom. We must fight to disintegrate these rebels.

    I'd rather send weapons instead of aid, except money, which I'm ready to send billions of dollars worth of money, wich ironically fits in a mid-sized multi-compartmented suitcase.
