    Had deco off, my bad, guess that isn't an option. But still element layering would allow you to easily fit more on, though performance migh be an issue hehe.

    Deco could also be used to form the very top layer, with accessing the layer behind done by turning deco off, giving you yet another layer for adding more balls.

    Of course you have space, just make smaller balls for smaller countries. You can fit loads in the gaps. Furthermore, you can use element layering to place balls behind your existing balls, and tell people to delete the top layer like a scratch off.
