    It's PVOD that tuns itself off and only stays on due to constant power supply, so I don't think that's cheaty. As for PRTI & PRTO, it's used all the time and making a portalless noncheaty one is basically impossible. I would not have the portals if I could, though, since it is still a little cheaty.
