good design, I think the head exploding is wierd but after many years of smoking your lungs and heart and brain will take a simialar path of course no head explosion though but your brain will slowly decay -

Just know this,smokers, you're gonna die if you keep smoking ciggarettes. my grandmother died cause she smoked and got lung cancer. I never even got to see her in person because of it. quit while you can. -
