    I'm a smoker myself, this save is (obviously) very midleading. I have a good idea you can use make the lungs out of wood then somehow impliment heat. Gradually making the wood turn black (representing the lungs) just don't use any explosives or you'll have the younger croud not know what the hell is real with smoking.

    This is pretty darn cool
