how can I use diplomacy if the ruler literally left Solarwide? The fact of the matter is that I would like to do this, but the player has disappeared from this map, and without his consent to diplomacy this is physically impossible to do. -

kit237 29th Dec 20237) all participants will have free access to the launchpads of other participants. 8) the alliance will be a trade buffer for other players not participating in the alliance and possibly even for earthlings. 9) the alliance has many economic advantages, so participation in it will probably give you money (by the decision of the host). the alliance itself will be similar to the European Union (although it will also be military for its preservation, but mainly economic)
