  Rubidianlabs:ok, I dont understand why you need this, because I just wanted to give Hiyursk an active government that would do at least something instead of just doing nothing and wasting resources and time. the residents will definitely thank you for deciding to leave them in a financial hole, without technology and stability.

  7) all participants will have free access to the launchpads of other participants. 8) the alliance will be a trade buffer for other players not participating in the alliance and possibly even for earthlings. 9) the alliance has many economic advantages, so participation in it will probably give you money (by the decision of the host). the alliance itself will be similar to the European Union (although it will also be military for its preservation, but mainly economic)
