I'm building a resource base (as I understand it, it's something like a mine) on x141 y144 and an industry on x145 y144 (so that resources from the resource base arrive faster). I expand to x189 y204, convert 1 pixel of economy into resources and create a port there, now I have trade routes between the ray nation and kilburn(it should make money, right? if not, then Im not building this port, but building a nuclear power plant where I found tritium.)
I send 30000 from my world and spend it on maintaining stability and pumping up the economy (+2 economy and +3 stability, I think)
kit237: Stability lowers the chance of rebellion, economy is just that $$$, technology is just well technology,and resources lets you trade with others to get more economy and vice versa.
